Exchanges & Returns

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to love what you wear. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we got you covered.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Products with customized embroidery cannot be returned. (Embroidery coming soon.)
  • Peelz Scrubs gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

If you have a Peelz Scrubs account and are using the Peelz Portal (the Peelz Portal is the fly-out or pop-up you see when you log into your account): 

  • At the bottom of your Peelz Portal, click Orders
  • Click the order that contains the item you need to exchange or return.
  • Note the order number.
  • You'll need the order number and zip code for the shipping address. This can be found by viewing the order on your account page or the orders tab in the Peelz Portal.

If you have a Peelz Scrubs account and are not using the Peelz Portal:

  • Click the "start a return" button.
  • Log into your account
  • Click the link to our returns portal that reads, "Need an exchange or return?"
  • You'll need the order number and zip code for the shipping address. This can be found by viewing the order on your account page. 

If you don't have a Peelz Scrubs account: 

  • You can start a return or exchange in our returns portal.
  • You'll need the order number and zip code for the shipping address. This can be found in your order confirmation email. 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or color? We got you covered. This is easily done through our returns portal.
  • Don't know what you want yet? We can issue store credit to be applied toward future purchases. This is also easily done through our returns portal. 

Free Return Shipping:

  • We offer free return shipping. You'll have the option to get a QR code or print a return label. QR codes are only valid for a short time so use them promptly.
  • For additional returns or exchanges from the same order, return shipping costs may apply.

Order error or damaged in transit:

We make every effort to fulfill orders accurately in a timely manner. If you received an incorrect item(s) or if the item(s) were damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible at 1-844-PEELZ-00 (1-844-733-5900) or email us at peelz@peelzscrubs.com.
