30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

At Peelz Scrubs, we want you to love what you wear. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Products with customized embroidery cannot be returned. (Embroidery coming soon.)
  • Peelz Scrubs gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • The easiest way to start a return is to
    • Log into your Peelz Scrubs account
    • Click on the order
    • Click the link under "Returns & Exchanges"
      • That link will automatically pull in your order number and shipping zip code. 
  • Alternatively, you can start a return or exchange in our returns portal.
    • You'll need to type in your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the zip code for the shipping address

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, let us know! We’re happy to send you a replacement if it’s in stock.
  • We can also issue store credit to be applied toward future purchases.

Return Shipping:

  • We offer free return shipping.
  • For additional returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may apply.

Order error or damaged in transit:

  • We make every effort to fulfill orders accurately in a timely manner. If you received an incorrect item(s) or if the item(s) were damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible at 1-844-PEELZ-00 (1-844-733-5900) or email us at peelz@peelzscrubs.com.
