At Peelz Scrubs, we want you to love what you wear. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Products with customized embroidery cannot be returned. (Embroidery coming soon.)
- Peelz Scrubs gift cards cannot be returned.

Refund Process:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, let us know! We’re happy to send you a replacement if it’s in stock.
- We can also issue store credit to be applied toward future purchases.
Return Shipping:
- We offer free return shipping on your first return per order.
- For additional returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may apply.
Order error or damaged in transit:
