CRMC Fresno Member Sign-up

1. Complete and submit form the above. This will create a Peelz Scrubs account and connect it to
   CRMC Fresno's Peelz Partnerz account.
2. You’ll get an email when you submit the form. As a CRMC Fresno member, your application will be automatically approved.
3. Log in to your new Peelz Scrubs account. (You’ll get a passcode sent to your email so there’s no need to set or change a password.)
4. Shop like normal. You’ll see your discounted price on the product pages.

If you have a Shop account, you’ll need to log out of your Shop account and log in with your Peelz Scrubs account.

You can use your existing account. If you use the same information as when you created your Peelz Scrubs account, then your existing account with be connected to the CRMC Fresno's Peelz Partnerz account.

2. If you’re logged in and still not seeing the discounted price, then contact us at peelz@peelzscrubs.com.
